We do not accept any returns or refunds of processed orders. Further, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified. However, if we cannot process your order due to any reason, we will contact you and discuss what best can be done with your order. 

NO EXCHANGE / RETURN / REFUND for undamaged / undefective products.

Exchange Policy for Damaged Products

If you have received any wrong, defective, or damaged product, then the product will be eligible for exchange. A refund will be provided in case of unavailability of replacement product. 

Any claims of missing or defective product must be made within 48 hours of product delivery.

To be eligible for exchange/refund, a clear and uninterrupted video recording from start to end of opening the package is needed. If we find the video to be altered, edited, not recorded properly, or anything to suggest a false claim, the exchange request will not be entertained.

The damaged product will need to be self-shipped to us. We will reimburse self-shipment charges capped at a maximum of Rs. 50. The product should be unused and shipped back in the same condition as received by the customer. Refund / exchange will be processed within 48 hours after receiving back the product.
